729. Service of documents, etc., for the purposes of this Act
(1)A document that is required or permitted by or under this Act to be served on, or given to, a natural person may be served on, or given to, the person personally or by means of a letter addressed to the person at the person's address last known to the server or giver of the document.(2)A document that is required or permitted by or under this Act to be served on, or given to, a partnership, trust or other unincorporated body of natural persons may be served on, or given to, any member of the partnership, trust or group personally or by means of a letter addressed to the partnership, trust or body at its address last known to the server or giver of the document.(3)The provisions of the Companies Act (Cap. 486) on the service of documents on and by companies apply to a document that is required or permitted by or under this Act to be served on or by, or given to or by a company.
