148. Returns and information
An insurer required to effect reinsurance under this Part shall produce or submit to the Company all returns, statements, books, records, accounts or other documents, or true copies thereof, and shall furnish any information, which may be required by the Company for the purposes of this Part.[Act No. 7 of 1997, s. 18.]Source: Kenya Law
