178. General penalty
A person who contravenes any provision of this Act or any regulation made thereunder for which no specific penalty is imposed shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand shillings.[Act No. 12 of 1994, s. 34.]Source: Kenya Law
