193. Alteration in particulars furnished
(1)Whenever any circumstances arise which affect the application or the contents of a document furnished under this Act to the Commissioner with or in support of or in connection with an application for licensing, the applicant or licensed person, as the case may be, shall in writing, within seven days of those circumstances arising, furnish full details of the circumstances to the Commissioner.(2)A person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand shillings.
