3F. Appointment of Secretary and other staff

(1)The Board shall appoint a Secretary to the Board on such terms and conditions of service as it may determine.

(2)The Board may appoint such officers or servants as are necessary for the proper discharge of the functions of the Authority under this Act or any other written law, upon such terms and conditions of service as it may determine.[Act No. 11 of 2006, s. 4.]
