22. Issue of Practising Certificate
(1)Where an application is made by a person in accordance with section 21, the Registration Committee shall issue a practising certificate if it is satisfied that the person —(a)is registered under this Act;(b)has received from an Insurance Professional who is the holder of a practising certificate, instruction of such a nature and for such period as may be prescribed;(c)is in good standing with the Institute; and(d)meets such other requirements as may be prescribed.(2)A practising certificate issued to any person remains the property of the Institute.
