29. Use of title
A person registered under this Act shall—(a)by virtue of being so registered, be entitled to take and use the title and description of an Insurance Professional.(b)not take or use, or affix to or use in connection with his or her premises, any title or description, of an Insurance Professional, other than as indicated by the particulars relating to his or her qualifications entered in the register.
