33. Recommendation after inquiry

On the completion of an inquiry under section 32, the Disciplinary Committee shall have power to do any of the following—

(a)dismiss the matter;

(b)reprimand the member;

(c)recommend to the Registration Committee the cancellation of the member’s registration;

(d)recommend to the Registration Committee the suspension of the member; or

(e)recommend to the Registration Committee that the practising certificate of the member be suspended.
