9. Exemptions from the provisions of the Chattels Transfer Act
(1)The provisions of the Chattels Transfer Act (Cap. 28) (Repealed) shall not apply to an instrument created after the commencement of this Act on any aircraft objects falling within the scope of the Convention and the Protocol.(2)For the purposes of this section, an instrument has the meaning assigned to it in section 2 of the Chattels Transfer Act.
