29. Construction of subsidiary legislation
Where an Act confers power to make subsidiary legislation, expressions used in the subsidiary legislation shall, except where a contrary intention appears, have the same respective meanings as in the Act conferring the power, and a reference in the subsidiary legislation to “the Act” shall mean the Act conferring the power to make the subsidiary legislation.Source: Kenya Law
