29. Wilful damage
Any person who wilfully damages an irrigation infrastructure, water course, equipment or other appliances, or steals or otherwise unlawfully tampers or interferes with such infrastructure, watercourse, equipment, or other appliance, commits an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to a fine not exceeding one million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 24 months or to both such fine and imprisonment.Source: Kenya Law
