96. Standards for irrigation firms and professionals
(1)Any firm or professional qualified for purposes of undertaking irrigation development shall be registered and licensed by the relevant professional bodies and enlisted by the Cabinet Secretary in the register of enlisted firms and professionals.(2)The register maintained under paragraph (1) shall be published on the Ministry’s website.(3)The categories of qualified firms and professionals for purposes of undertaking irrigation development shall be as set out in Part A - of the Third Schedule.(4)The conditions for enlisting with the Cabinet Secretary and information required for the same may change from time to time.(5)A firm or professional may be delisted by the Cabinet Secretary upon recommendation by a relevant professional body or a technical advisory committee.
