5. Right to pension
(1)A judge has a right to pension or gratuity, as the case may be.(2)If a judge has completed ten years of pensionable service, the pension earned shall vest in the judge and shall be payable in such manner and at such times as provided in this Part.(3)A judge who serves for a period of less than ten years shall be entitled to service gratuity in accordance with section 16.
