65. Application of the Part
(1)In this Part, “judge” means a judge who retired in accordance with Article 167 of the Constitution at any time after the 27th August, 2010, but before the commencement of this Act.(2)This Part shall apply to judges who retired in accordance with Article 167 of the Constitution at any time after the 27th August, 2010, but before the commencement of this Act.
