20. Secretariat and staff
(1)There shall be a secretariat of the Commission which shall comprise—(a)such judicial officers and other staff as the Commission may appoint to assist it in the discharge of its functions under the Constitution and this Act; and(b)such public officers as may, upon the request of the Commission, be seconded to the Commission.(2)A public officer who is seconded to the Commission under subsection (1), shall, during the secondment, be deemed to be an officer of the Commission and subject to its direction and control.
