(1)The Kamatargui Wetland Catchment Protection Area is declared a protected area for purposes of the Act.(2)The Kamatargui Wetland Catchment Protection Area is demarcated for protection and conservation within the Kamatargui Wetland Catchment Management Plan set out in the Schedule.
