25. Secretariat of the Organisation
(1)There shall be a Secretariat to the Organisation which shall consist of—(a)the Director-General who shall be the head of the secretariat; and(b)such other persons as the Board shall determine for the proper performance of the functions of the secretariat under this Act.(2)The persons under subsection (1)(b) shall be competitively recruited and appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions as the Board shall determine.(3)The persons appointed under subsection (1)(b) shall possess such knowledge and experience as shall be determined by the Board.
