31. Establishment of research institutes
(1)There are hereby established the research institutes specified in the Second Schedule.(2)The Cabinet Secretary may, in consultation with the Board and by notice in the Gazette establish such other research institutes as he may consider necessary for the performance of its functions under this Act.(3)Each research institute may establish such centres or units as it may consider necessary for the performance of its functions under this Act.
