45. Request for information
(1)The Director-General may, in writing, request any person to furnish the Organization with such information or to produce such documents or records as he deems necessary and relevant for the performance of the functions of the Organization.(2)A person who—(a)refuses or fails, without reasonable cause, to comply with a request under subsection (1) to furnish any information or to produce any documents or records; or(b)in furnishing such information, makes a statement which he knows to be false, commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand shillings, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to both.
