48. Offences — improper disclosure of information
(1)No officer, member of staff, or agent of the Organization shall disclose information acquired under this Act except—(a)in the course of his duties under this Act; or(b)with the written consent of the Board.(2)No person who receives information in contravention of subsection (1) shall disclose or publish the information.(3)A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding thirty thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
