61. Temporary validity of permits and passes issued under repealed Acts
Any resident’s certificate, certificate of exemption, entry permit or pass granted or issued under the repealed Acts shall have effect according to the terms as if it had been issued under this Act, and the provisions of this Act shall apply accordingly.Source: Kenya Law
