27. Recovery of fines by deduction from salary
(1)A fine imposed on a member of the disciplined and uniformed component of the Service in accordance with the provisions of section 25 shall be recoverable from the monthly salary payable to that member.(2)Despite the provisions of subsection (1), a deduction or the aggregate of deductions if there is more than one fine outstanding at the same time from the monthly salary of a member of the Service shall not exceed more than one-fourth of the monthly salary payable to the member.
