54. Secondment from national security organs, the public service, etc.
(1)A national security organ or the public service or any other public body may second persons to the Service.(2)A person seconded to the Service shall remain a member or employee of the national security organ, public service or other public body, as the case may be, and shall retain all the privileges and liabilities such membership or employment he or she is entitled or subject to.
