(1)There shall be a Managing Director appointed by the Cabinet Secretary on the recommendation of the Board and who shall be the secretary to the Board.(2)The Managing Director shall possess a degree in agricultural sciences and be well versed in the coconut industry.(3)The appointment of the Managing Director shall be for a four year contract renewable only once for a period not exceeding four years.
