111. Political activities
A person subject to this Act and who—(a)promotes or is a member of, or takes part in the activities of, any political association;(b)expresses political views in public; or(c)addresses any meeting, or joins in any demonstration, the purpose of which is to express support for a political association or object or for a candidate in a national, county election or a cause in a referendum,commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction by a court-martial, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or any lesser punishment provided for by this Act but this section does not prevent any person from voting at such an election or referendum.
