118. Scandalous conduct of an officer
Any officer who behaves in a scandalous manner, unbecoming the character of an officer, commits an offence and shall be, on conviction by a court-martial, dismissed from the Defence Forces or any other lesser punishment provided for under this Act.Source: Kenya Law
