120. Disgraceful conduct
A person subject to this Act who engages in an act or disgraceful conduct of a cruel, indecent or unnatural kind commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction by a court-martial, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or any lesser punishment provided for by this Act.Source: Kenya Law
