272. Pretending to be a deserter
Any person who falsely represents himself or herself to any service authority or civil authority to be a deserter or absentee without leave from the Defence Forces commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction by a civil court, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.Source: Kenya Law
