24. Membership of the Fund
(1)Any institution licensed by the Central Bank shall become a member of the Fund from the date it is granted the licence.(2)Notwithstanding subsection (1), every institution which at the commencement of this Act is licensed by the Central Bank shall be deemed to be a member of the Fund.(3)The Corporation shall cause a list of all institutions whose deposits are insured under this Act to be published in the Gazette annually.
