51. Autonomy of Corporation as receiver

51. Autonomy of Corporation as receiver
(1)Upon appointment as receiver pursuant to this Act, the Corporation shall not be subject to the direction or supervision of any other entity in the exercise of the Corporation’s rights, powers, and privileges.(2)Any party aggrieved by the exercise of any of the powers may apply to the High Court for orders as appropriate.
