68. Additional orders by the court
Where a person has been convicted of an offence under this Act, the court may, in addition to any fine or term of imprisonment that may be imposed—(a)order such person to rectify the contravention in respect of which the person was convicted; or(b)order the convicted person to make a restitution to the institution or its appointed liquidator equal to the court’s estimation of the amount of the monetary benefit where the court is satisfied that as a result of the commission of the offence, the convicted person acquired a monetary benefit or that, a monetary benefit accrued to the benefit of the person.
