18. Accounts and audit

(1)The Board shall cause to be kept all proper audit books and records of accounts of the income, expenditure, assets and liabilities of the Corporation.

(2)The accounts of the Corporation shall be audited and reported upon in accordance with the Public Audit Act (Cap. 412B) and the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A).
