20. Annual report
(1)The Board shall, within three months after the end of each financial year, prepare and submit to the Cabinet Secretary a report of the operations of the Corporation for the immediately preceding financial year.(2)The Cabinet Secretary shall cause to be laid the annual report before the National Assembly within three months of the day the National Assembly sits after the report is presented to the Cabinet Secretary.
