13. Tenure of office
(1)The chairperson and a member of the Board appointed under section 9(1)(g) shall hold office for a term not exceeding three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one other term not exceeding three years.(2)The members of the Board shall be appointed at different times so that their terms of the office expire at different intervals.
