83B. Application

(1)This Part shall not apply to any rule or law requiring writing or signatures in any of the following matters—

(a)the creation or execution of a will;

(b)negotiable instruments;

(c)deleted by Act No. 1 of 2020, s. 14.

(2)The Cabinet Secretary may by order modify the provisions of subsection (1) by adding or removing any class of transactions or matters.[Act No. 1 of 2009, s. 31, Act No. 1 of 2020, s. 14.]
