17. Academic Committee and panels

17. Academic Committee and panels

(1)The Council shall have an Academic Committee, course panels, subject panels and a research, monitoring and evaluation panel to perform such functions and discharge such responsibilities as the Council may determine.

(2)The Director shall be the Secretary to the Academic Committee and the panels established under subsection (1).
