(1)There shall be a Director of the Institute who shall be appointed by the Council on such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Cabinet Secretary and specified in the instrument of appointment.(2)The Director shall be the chief executive officer of the Institution and responsible to the Council for the day-to-day management of the affairs of the Institute.
