2. Interpretation
In this Order, except where the context otherwise requires—"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to Education;"Council" means the Council of the Institute established under paragraph 6;"member" means a member of the Council;"Institute" means the Kenya Institute of Education established under paragraph 3;"Director" means the Director of the Institute appointed under paragraph 10;"Staff" means the staff of the Institute;"curriculum" means all the programmes of the Institute that facilitate formal, non-formal and informal learning.Source: Kenya Law
