30. Financial year of the Commission.
The financial year of the Commission shall be—(a)the period commencing on the day on which this Act comes into operation and ending on the thirtieth day of June next following;(b)the period of twelve months commencing on the first of July and ending on the thirtieth of June of the subsequent year.
