34. Disclosure of information.

(1)Subject to Article 35 of the Constitution, the Commission shall publish and publicize any important information within its mandate affecting the nation.

(2)A request for information by any citizen shall be—

(a)addressed to the secretary or such other person as the Commission may for that purpose designate; and

(b)dealt with in accordance with Article 35 of the Constitution and the law relating to data protection and freedom of information.
