17. Cabinet Secretary may direct variation of financial plan

(1)The Cabinet Secretary may direct the Authority to vary the financial plan in respect of financial targets, and performance indicators, relating to the provision of services and facilities.

(2)A direction under subsection (1) shall be in writing and shall set out the reasons therefor.
