(1)There shall be a Corporation Secretary who shall be appointed by the Authority on such terms and conditions as the Authority may determine and who shall perform such duties as the Authority may, from time to time, assign.(2)In the performance of his or her duties under this Order, the Corporation Secretary shall be responsible to the Director-General.
