44. Appointment of staff
(1)The Board may appoint such staff or engage such consultants and experts as may be necessary for the proper discharge of its functions under this Act.(2)The staff appointed under subsection (1) shall serve on such terms and conditions as the Board may, in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, determine.
