40. Aiding and abetment of offence
A person who aids, abets, induces, incites or does an act in a manner that facilitates the commission of an offence under this Act, commits an offence and is liable, upon conviction, to the penalty prescribed under the respective section in relation to that offence.Source: Kenya Law
