40C. Tenure

(1)The Chairperson of the Tribunal shall serve for a term of four years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one further term.

(2)A Member of the Tribunal shall serve for a term of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one further term of three years.[Act No. 27 of 2017, s. 4.]
