19. Accounts and audits

(1)The Board shall cause to be kept all proper audit books and records of accounts of the income, expenditure, assets and liabilities of the Institute.

(2)The accounts of the Institute shall be audited and reported upon in accordance with the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A) and the Public Audit Act (Cap. 412B).
