23. Execution against property of the Service
23. Execution against property of the Service
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any written law, where any judgment or order has been obtained against the Service, no execution or attachment, or process in the nature thereof, shall be issued against the Service, or against any property of the Service, but the managing director shall, without delay, cause to be paid out of the revenue of the Service such amounts as may, by the judgment or order, be awarded against the Service to the person entitled thereto.Source: Kenya Law
