7. Powers of the Board
The Board shall—(a)administer the assets and funds in such manner as the Corporation and for such purposes as will promote the best interests of the corporation in accordance with this Order and the Act;(b)receive gifts, donations, grants or other money and equipment on behalf of the Corporation and to make legitimate disbursements therefrom;(c)have power to enter into associations with other persons, bodies or organizations within or outside Kenya, as the Board may consider desirable or appropriate and in furtherance of the purposes for which the corporation is established;(d)have powers to establish committees to which it may delegate specific tasks of the corporation.
