12. Application of Cap. 487 to the company

(1)The provisions of the Insurance Act (Cap. 487) shall, subject to subsection (2), be applicable to the Company.

(2)The provisions of Parts IV, XII and XIV of the Insurance Act shall not apply to the Company.
