10. Remuneration of Board members.
The Board shall pay members of the Board such remuneration, fees or allowances for expenses as it may determine after consultation with the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for finance.(Act No. 2 of 2007, 5th Sch.)Source: Kenya Law
